minecoins purchased but not appearing on ipad

Hi Community,

Hope someone can help me here. I have purchased minecoins (like I have done in the past) through a gift card. I have entered the code under the scratched off section. But they have not appeared in the game. The transaction is showing in the account as having gone through. Wondering if a new step has appeared as they were applied automatically each time before.

Hi Jesse,

Thank you for that advise. I have reached out and they have were able to 'grant' (their words) the minecoins.

I now wonder what I did wrong or if there is a better way of adding these minecoins to the account? I am nervous to add a second card I have.

Hi Jesse,

Thank you for your response.

We have just past the 60 hour mark and the minecoins have still not appeared. They were put in on Saturday Morning and it is now Monday afternoon here. Can you suggest any other avenues I could try? I have a very disappointed young person who saved his money for these.
