Minecoins not transferring to microsoft account (Switch)

My nintendo account is signed into minecraft and when I sign in to my Microsoft account it asks “would you like to transfer your purchases from this device to your microsoft account” I accept and do the remote sign in but when I load minecraft again I have
to either sign into my microsoft account again and repeat the process or, I have to log out of my Microsoft account because my purchases aren’t there and log back into it and repeat the process.

Why aren’t my Minecoins transferring? And why do I keep getting signed out?

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, we do not support Switch here, as stated you need to repurchase the items on the switch. As there is nothing more we can do I will be locking this thread.

Thanks for coming to the forums. Unfortunately, purchases on one platform like an Xbox console. They do not transfer to another platform such as a Switch. You will need to re-purchase these items on the other device. This is how Mojang has it set up.

Mojang redirects me to microsoft support. I’m not on xbox I just didn’t know where to put it. I am talking about my switch console

I understand that you want to transfer Minecoins from a Microsoft account to a Minecraft account on a Nintendo Switch. Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment. Minecoins are tied to the platform where they were purchased and cannot be transferred across different devices or accounts. You can only use Minecoins on the same platform and account where you bought them.

We totally understand that you want to get your Minecoins on your Nintendo Switch account. Have you tried restarting your Nintendo Switch console to see if the Minecoins appear? If not, please try that first.

If the Minecoins still do not appear, please ensure that you have linked your Microsoft account to your Nintendo Switch account. You can do this by following these steps:

1. Open Minecraft on your Nintendo Switch

2. Select "Sign In" from the main menu

3. Select "Sign in with a Microsoft Account"

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to link your Microsoft account to your Nintendo Switch account

If you have already linked your accounts and the Minecoins still do not appear, please contact Microsoft support for further assistance. They will be able to help you troubleshoot the issue and ensure that your Minecoins are properly linked to your Nintendo Switch account.
