    Minecoins not showing up


    I redeemed a new Microsoft giftcard for Minecoins. The amount of coins to be redeemed should be 3,500, but only 700 are populated to my account. Can anyone help? No Contact # is available and the Chat does not work.

    If the Minecoins were purchased on your Microsoft account, chances are that your Minecoins is an Xbox version.

    To confirm the version of your Minecoins, you can sign in to your account on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history.

    In order to use the Minecoins on your 3rd party platform, you will need to purchase the Minecoins directly from the PSN store.

    (Note: Microsoft Xbox is a different platform to PlayStation)
