Minecoins not showing up in my account after buying them

I didn't recive the Minecraft Coins that I purchised. The purchise is 7022395070.

I folowed all the steps:

Signed in at
account.microsoft.com and checked my recent purchases - found 7022395070 (finished and billed).

Restarted my device if it may need to be updated. Tried logout and login for data refresh. Stil no minecoins.

Don't have any other devices.

If the purchase doesn’t appear, contact
Xbox Support.

Cant't make a call (language barier). Virtual agent directs me on
https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/subscriptions-billing/buy-games-apps/refund-orders, there I get: "We ran into a problem on our end. Try your request again."
It's been like that for 4 days.

I would like to get my refund or minecoins on my account.

No one in the forums can do anything about refunds. It appears that you already have the required information.

I hadn't tried to buy them on the switch. I have some money on my microsoft account and tried to buy some mine coins from there, i was able to buy 700 coins however there is no way to access them or know if they were added to the microsoft account associated with the switch and when I logged reloaded the game and relogged into the account the balance didnt reflect the added minecoins. I asked for a refund after finding conflicting information on the microsoft website about whether I can buy them on the microsoft account and use them on the switch. So my question is how do I buy them on my microsoft account so they are available on the switch.

If the Minecoins were purchased on your Microsoft account, chances are that your Minecoins is an Xbox version.

To confirm the version of your Minecoins, you can sign in to your account on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history.

In order to use the Minecoins on your 3rd party platform, you will need to purchase the Minecoins directly from the PSN store.

(Note: Microsoft Xbox is a different platform to PlayStation)
