    Minecoins issue, please help!


    My daughter plays minecraf on both an ipad and on PC. This site said to buy minecoins for PC using a microsoft account, which we have done, and the minecraft store says the payment has been redeemed. There was an issue with family sharing, but tharhas been resolved.

    Another page on the Micosoft help site says that marketplace cannot be accessed by Minecrafton PC that says ‘version’ in the title, so now we have money in the microsoft account but need to buy the coins on the ipad version.

    is anyone able to help with a solution? There is nothing else we wantfrom the Microsoft store, and im getting confused with whether I need helpfrom Mojang, Xbox, Microsoft, Apple store or other help pages! Its not very straighforward trying the get minecoins for my child.thanks

    I have a Minecraft minecoin gift card but I can't redeem it.

    we are having the same issue. It continues to redirect us to log in but continues to tel us we can’t redeem the minecoins because we aren’t logged in. Please help!!

    If you see the order there it means your code redemption for minecoins was successful.

    And to check it in-game please sign out your account.

    Relaunch the game and then sign in.

    Kindly check it inside your game because in-currencies will be added there.

    If incase it isn't there yet, kindly give it 24 hours in order for the Minecoins code redemption to completely sync from your account.
