I referred local user account (the one I login everyday) as mine. I've tried remove it also with administrator account when I get access but still I get popup that I need permission from Administrator account. However the solution was easier than I thought.

I'm not sure if deleting this file will solve your issue, but if you want to give admin permissions to this file or to the whole folder, please follow the steps below:

Please try to change the folder permission on your E drive:

- Press Windows + E and go to the path you need.
- Go to the Security tab and select Advanced.
- Click on Continue in the Permissions tab.
Select Change.
- Click Advanced in the Select User or Group window, then Find now.
- Select your user account and click on Ok.
- Click on Ok and Apply on every window and close them.

After making the changes, restart the computer and check if you can delete the file again.

Hello. Me and my partner have the same issue. I cannot delete NGC folder as well on both devices. On one device I cannot give access to the folder. It says access denied. On the second one I get message access denied even if I have access with my account. Is there any other option to solve this login problem?

I'm sorry could you elaborate more on which user account is mine? there are many and im not sure which 1 as mine as there are 2 named the same thing DESKTOP with the exact same numbers behind.
