minecafte error code Drowned

I have the error code Drowned coming up an ive been doing everything it says to fix the problem but it just wont work and on that account has a realm that i was able to access yesstereday that im paying for, the payment is due in 2 days and i want to make sure i can do that but if i cant get onto that account ever again how will i be able to cancel the realm

Please, follow these steps:

Launch Minecraft.

Go to Settings > Profile > Clear Account Sign in Data > Confirm

Restart the game again and sign in to your Microsoft account.

If it still does not work, the best course of action is to contact Support.

I tried that also, connecting from mobile data, I ensured the mobile data was on in the app but it still hasnt worked.
