minecaft microsoft login not owning the game

Hi there,

i have migrate my mojang account but now i not own minecraft java for reason ?

the minecraft app says i have migrate my account but in my microsoft account no minecraft java.

Hi Headdie89, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

1. Please double-check that you are logging in to the same Microsoft account you used to migrate your Mojang account.

2. Make sure you are not logging in with your Mojang account. Migrated accounts will only be able to log in with your Microsoft account.

3. You may not have completed your migration, please go to your Mojang account profile page and start the migration again. - https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/profile

Once confirmed, kindly sign out on your Minecraft Launcher then restart your PC before signing back in.
