Mine Craft "Failed to sync user data"

Within Minecaft I try to load up the game and whenever I get on there it states when trying to sync data it says "failed to sync user data" I have tried hard rest multiple times and they have done nothing as a result I have found this Difficult as I have
tried to limit the space on my Xbox yet nothing has happened I figured out that it might have something to go with my Microsoft account not being able to sync correctly please help.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to this thread, and elaborating on this info.

This is unlikely to be the source of being unable to sync your data correctly. As long as no one is using your account on a different console, you removed your account from your console or uninstalled the game, you should not experience having to sync your
save data often.

The last time that you were able to sync your save data, were you on the same console?

At this point, If possible, I would recommend that you try using an alternate network, such as a mobile hotspot, in order to be able to sync your save data correctly. Once this is done, you should be able to switch over to your home network and should no
longer encounter this problem.

As of now I have had no luck within the advice you have given me my Minecraft account still will not sync my user data, last time it did sync was indeed my Xbox One Console and I'm still trying to understand how it has happened thank you for the link I
will try to get in contact with him, p.s thank you for the help.

I have tried all network connections and everything is fine yet would there be a problem with syncing as I am part of a joint account?

I would recommend going to Settings > Network > Network Settings and run a Network and Multiplayer test to see if there is any issue connecting to Xbox Live.

If that is the issue, this page might have some help, but let us know and we can provide some more specific troubleshooting steps based on what you see.

By joint account I mean my brother contains the pure account of Gold and Xbox Live and on my Xbox I have used his account to make that my home Xbox, this is so when I go on my account I automatically have Gold and Live, and I have a feeling this could
be the problem, I hope this makes a bit more sense
