    Mindcraft pocket edition log in problem


    We are trying to reset the incorrect email associated with my sons Mindcraft pocket edition on his iPad. The account is associated with our xbox. Mojang is not assisting and says call Microsoft .When you click on fix it here to change the email address,
    it does not respond so we can get the recovery password sent to the right email address. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    Pocket edition problem

    Hey there MiningMum74,

    It sounds like he needs to either update his Mobile Device's software or the game itself. I'd have him try that first to see if that helps. :)

    Well I have windows 10 edition and pocket edition on ipad,

    I have tried but nothing happened. On ipad it still logs in to my account but in w10e it doest do that.
