    Check your order history on the redemption page. It'll either give the option to resend the funds or give a code to redeem. If that's not available, you'll need to contact Microsoft Rewards support using the contact link at the bottom of that site.

    Keeps disconecting

    Try connecting your xbox via Ethernet, that is the best way to keep a connected if you are having trouble with the wifi, if it keeps happening you should contact either Mincrosoft or your internet provider.
