You aren't understanding the issue

The content is available in all regions unless specified by the games for gold

However the error in question means your account region doesn't match your actual region

It must match

Military bases and territories are different

Military bases use foreign isp's etc

well since you didn't answer the question exactly

im guessing you are on a US military base?

if so then your region isn't the same

us military bases do not use US connections

your actual region would be your HOST country

does your actual country reflect the same account country or not

thats the only reason why you would be getting that error

I served 8 years in the USMC and while I do enjoy freebies and discounts from various merchants from time to time, I can't see Microsoft doing this.......ever. Like FARSCAPE said, MS is a global company which would mean they (to be fair) would be giving
discounts to every military on the planet. Even when Microsoft does decide to dole out free stuff........it takes 'em 8 years to do so. e.g.- Games with Gold and not locking apps that are free everywhere else, behind a paywall.

Microsoft is Microsoft and Gamestop is Gamestop. 2 completely different commodities My point being......Microsoft doesn't really like to give stuff away, and when they do, it's only after years of pleading from it's fanbase. For the record: Microsoft or
any other company isn't required to give anything away, to anyone.....so there's that. Believe it or not HEALSYOURMOM, I'm on your side. I'm just playing devil's advocate.

 

I don't agree either, What gives you the right to a discount?? Buy membership cards from a place that does give a discount..... Easy solution.

That's simply untrue and undeserved.

 

A lot of people play the "Hey I'm military, give me special privileges!" card and even though it's a very honorable profession, you all get paid a lot better now that I did when I was enlisted. In the last few years, the pay has gone up quite a bit. Just
look for sales.

 

We don't get paid much more cost of living is more and everyone hates us so idk

 

So GS gives the Military normal prices and rips civillians off, hmmmm, thanks for the tip.
