Military AE address

I am trying to input my credit card to get money on my xbox one account. I am in the military and stationed over seas in Europe. I have an APO address but there is no option for this where I have looked. How can I put money on my account with this?

Thanks for the tip. The address I'm using with my account is a military PO box, set to AE (Armed Forces - Europe), but is still considered a US address. Does Microsoft have any way of recognizing that as valid with me using a German connection?

If all your devices are set to IP Address Auto/Obtain an ip address automatic there should be no conflict. If that is the case try WPA2(AES) security

Thanks for reaching out to us with this issue. When it comes to inputting your credit card information onto your Microsoft account, you would need to list the billing address (when you enter the card information) that is associated with the card directly
and APO/AE types are acceptable for that. I recommend doing this from a computer or a tablet by signing in at
account.microsoft.com and not via the console.

Currently, the APO address cannot be used for shipping addresses since they are technically like a PO Box type address and it would be best to enter a home/physical address. Alternatively, you can also purchase Xbox gift cards then redeem them to
your account to add currency to it. Below I've listed some helpful support articles that may offer further information.

Im trying to add a new credit/debit card on my xbox account. I am also stationed overseas in europe. Tried console, mobile and computer but am unable to find APO/AE as any option for the billing address. Any help? Thanks

The thing with the billing account is that the payment instrument has to match the

region the console is set to, if that isn't the case it could open up a whole can of worms with a bunch of related issues, we suggest

Requesting a Callback from one of our Xbox Billing Specialists since they could best assist with adding said payment instrument to the account and verify the region is where it needs to be. Give it a shot and let us know if we can further assist in this
or any other matter!

Can you guys be less helpful? Armed forces America, Pacific, and Africa are already an option, literally just add Europe. This doesn’t affect region because 1) Its a billing address and 2) The whole point of putting Armed Forces Europe instead of Italy,
for example, is because its an address in the states that ships to our respective bases. Fix this issue and please know more about what you’re talking about. Its hard to believe you guys actually get payed to be so useless.
