hii

i have a lot of reward credits nd i wnna know when i get them payed out

the 15th and the 30th i didnt get a payout but i had my credits already and i dont

have the payout button on my account

i have more then 5000 credits so it should go automaticly but i didnt get them

Since you got to 5,000 credits on October 17, they should be deposited with the first deposit for this month, later this week.

Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending credits. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credits were placed as pending in the later half of last month, they will be a part of the upcoming mid-month deposit this month.
