Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I think the issue lies within your original system settings since you say changing the system language to English the game is fine. Is language the only thing that you are changing? Try the following steps:

Step 1:
Clear the Windows Store cache.

1. On the Cortana search box, enter "cmd"
   
2. Right-click on Command Prompt, then select Run as administrator.
   
3. Type
   wsreset.exe, and hit Enter key.
   

Step 2:
Reset the Xbox app from Settings.

1. Press the Windows key, then select the gear icon to access Settings.
   
2. Select Apps.
   
3. Under Apps and features, locate the Xbox app.
   
4. Click the Xbox app, then click Advanced options.
   
5. Click Reset.
   
6. Restart
   your computer.

No, it did not help, the Dutch version is still mirrored, I did wsreset.exe, did reset Xbox, cleaned cache with %temp%, cleaned temp, cleaned prefetch, deleted Solitaire, deleted Xbox, delted windows store and reinstalled all, also got back to older settings/previous
windows, updated all again and still the same.

The most things are in Dutch language and some things are in the English language (mail), can live with that.

System settings are in the Dutch language (Netherlands).

Update: the double clicking problem has gotten better in Pyramid solitaire where it was the worst but has gotten a lot worse in Klondike solitaire where it was not a problem before and the dropping in FreeCell Solitaire where as I am moving the cards it drops them as if I let go of the mouse is the same. It is strange how this problem only seems to exist in the Microsoft solitaire collection. My concern is that I am starting class for me second degree in August and a lot of the course work is online to mirror the national licensing exam which is online. I don't want the mouse not working when I am doing class work. That is why I am trying to find out where the problem lies and how to fix it. It is odd that it only seems to exist in the microsoft solitaire collection but I can only comment on what I see.

How to fix error 404017 in Microsoft Solitaire Collection

1. Reset Store
2. Run app troubleshooter
3. Reset the MSC to factory settings and update it
4. Run SFC and DISM
5. Update Windows
6. Reinstall the game

I am not using Microsoft Solitaire Premium.

In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

"Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.
