Migration Issue - From Mojang to Microsoft

When was the last time you were able to login with your correct Minecraft account that was migrated to a Microsoft account?
May I know the error message you got there when you try to login your account through the old launcher?

Please be informed that an email address cannot be linked to more than one Microsoft accounts. I am guessing that your original Microsoft account that has your Minecraft account in it was linked to a different email address. If you have multiple email addresses, kindly check them one by one by signing them in through https://account.microsoft.com/ and check their linked Xbox profile via https://account.xbox.com/Profile.

You may as well check your mailboxes for the email confirmation regarding your Minecraft account migration. Just in case that is really the email address you used for Minecraft migration, there's a possibility that your account was compromised where someone had to remove and replace your email address. If an email address (3rd party email) is removed from a Microsoft account, it will ask or let you create a new account with it which will be a completely different account from the previous account it was linked to before. I would suggest that you check all your mailboxes/folders to find any information regarding your account information change.

When you purchased the Minecraft Java originally, did you purchase it with a Mojang account or a Microsoft account? You can also try installing the Minecraft launcher through the Xbox app and installing Java from there.
