Migrating Xbox Account from US to Germany but encountering payment issues

Discus and support Migrating Xbox Account from US to Germany but encountering payment issues in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I changed region of my Xbox LIVE account from the US (made it around 5 years ago) to Germany.     Migrating Xbox Account from US to Germany but encountering payment issues


    I changed region of my Xbox LIVE account from the US (made it around 5 years ago) to Germany. And even though I added a German credit card option online. When I move to purchase Witcher 3 expansion pass, I'm prompted to enter my details which are limited
    to the US. I can't enter my German address. Even though I migrated my account to Germany. Also changed my personal details to Germany.

    MEXICO

    The account region I'm migrating to

    UNITED STATES

    The error code or message you encounter

    NO ERROR CODE or MESSAGE

    When I Did: About November 7 I guess

    ISSUES:

    When trying to buy, still getting MXN currency... And now cause I delete the payment option from my "MX - Personal Account", it's asking me to add one, When I enter the xbox site automatically it's en-US version... Just the pop-up when I going to pay its in
    spanish and asking me from the payment option of my MX - Personal Account.

    In commerce,billing I hav:

    CR - Business Account

    MX - Personal Account

    US - Business Account

    US - Personal Account (the only one with valid payment option right now)

    In US - Personal Account I can read:

    Subscription : Switch Region Offer "Canceled"

    So my change migration was done a 50%???? ========== Appreciate the help you could give me Thanks, Best regards

    You have to.wair till the migration completes

    It can take up to 90days

    Usually you get an email when that happens

    You can always contact support to nudge it along

    Unable to select Germany as location

    You have to use the region migrations tool to migrate to germany

    And no there is no English content in germany

    Region Change is it allowed?

    The telephone support agents can help you migrate your account to Germany. If the game is not sold in German because of a rights issue, it won't appear in the German Marketplace and can be blocked from use from a German IP address.

    Xbox One - Credit Card Problem With State/Province (solutions for those still having this problem)

    That's comlletely separate issue

    The website defaults to their us but that does not affect your location setting

    Your location setting is set when you create your account not after

    When you go to the Web marketplace you have to change your locale on the website to see your local content but your are still billed your primary payment option if you have an us account an Canadian credit card won't work

    Your assume that people don't create an us account to get English or us conent

    They do so a lot and don't realize what problem it causes like 8015017

    We aren't talking about us Canada issue

    More like Germany UK france Belgium etc

    Your issue is that you created an us account while not having an us creditcard

    To correct it you must use the migration tool to migrate to canada

    A Canadian payment option won't work with an us or French account no matter what locale you set it to

    Your payment option region must match you're account region
