    Migrate Xbox account to differnt persons email


    I have had my only Xbox Live account since 2010 when I was only 10 and when I first made it I used my moms email. Now I want to move my xbox account and all the games and history of my account to an email that I myself own. Can I do this without deleting my moms email and Microsoft account? she uses a .msn account and it is her single only email she uses for everything so it is important that she does not lose anything.

    I'm sorry to tell you my friend, but, unfortunately, we can't transfer all data from on account to another. :(

    All data, including games, progress made on those games, DLC's, achievements, gamertag, etc, they all stay on the game which was used to purchased, and play those. :/

    I'm afraid you will not be able to transfer those to an alternative account. :/

    I have 2 Email Accounts, both are microsoft accounts and both have xbox one accounts on it.

    Once a Microsoft Account has a Gamertag associated to it, an Xbox Live Gamertag migration is not possible. Unfortunately in this case that means that your GMX email will not be able to migrate to your Gmail due to it already having an Xbox Live account tied
    to it. The target email must be created with out signing into Xbox.com or an Xbox console. For all information regarding migrating your Xbox Live account to a new email address, please check our
