Migração de Perfil [Profile Migration]

Olá. Quando comecei usar o Xbox, associei o nickname criado ao meu e-mail/conta de adulto. Durante muito tempo meu filho usou este nickname, e acumulou varias conquistas e saves associados a ele. Agora criei um perfil para ele, e gostaria de migrar todo
o perfil deste nickname para o dele. Preciso fazer isso para adicionar controle de tempo de tela, e controle de conteúdo no perfil dele, que é de criança, e no meu perfil de adulto, não consigo definir controle de tempo de tela. Como posso fazer a migração
do meu perfil para o dele?

MIGREI MINHA REGIÃO E PERDI UM MÊS GOLD

Fiz a migração de região da minha conta xbox live gold dos EUA para o Brasil e antes da migração a data de expiração de minha conta gold era 04/02/2014, após a migração a data de expiração mudou para 03/01/2014. E eu ainda recebi um e-mail comfirmando
a migração de 10 meses de conta gold, prazo este que confere com a data que eu possuia de 04/02/2014. Como devo proceder para ter meu prazo corrigido?

Hi Dandy,

Thanks for reaching out to us! We understand it can be confusing trying to set up a child account connected to an already established parent account.

Try the following steps to set up the
Family Connection:

1. Sign in with your Microsoft account, then select
   Add a family member.
2. Select
   Child or Adult.
3. Type an email address
   for the person you want to add and select Send invite.
4. Have the person you invited accept your invitation from the email
   
5. Go to
   account.microsoft.com/family, and in the
   Notifications section at the top of the page under Pending member, select
   Accept now next to their email address. You’ll have to sign out so the person you’re trying to add can sign in and join the family.
6. Sign back in and finish setting up parental controls to the child’s account.

Side Note:
If the person you're adding is already part of
another family, they'll first need to be removed from that family.

We don't want to provide
too much information for now because it can become confusing. Please let us know when you are done with this step so we can do the walk-through on how to change the gamertag over to the child account.

Please make sure there is
no gamertag connected to the child account otherwise it won't change the gamertag over.

Thanks for the reply. I'm sorry to inform you the option to transfer saved data, achievements and any/or game purchases from another Microsoft Account will not be possible. We currently do not have an available feature. The one step we have available is

changing the primary email on the Microsoft account. Note: If you choose to remove an alias that uses a Microsoft domain such as @hotmail.com, @outlook.com, or @live.com, that alias will be completely deleted and will not be available to
sign in to any Microsoft services.
