Midnight Drive Pack Xbox Series S - Download content not appearing.

I recently purchases Midnight Drive Pack Xbox Series S, and when I go to my digital offers, it shows it has been claimed for both games, Fortnite and Rocket League. This both on the list on the Xbox menu for "included with this xbox console" in the account menu that shows both addon's listed with a tick against each. This is also the same in the Microsoft.com store for my account which shows the purchase with a zero value and a status of completed. However, when running Fortnite with my Epic Games registered profile the addon is not showing.

I have done the following:

1) Removed and reloaded Fortnite on the xbox numerous times.

2) Pushed the addon via my orders in Microsoft.com repeatedly to the console.

3) Made sure the xbox console is set as my home console.

4) Ensuring that auto update is on.

5) Resetting the console, but kept the games. This meant declaring my country and account details again.

6) Called Epic Games support who advise its a Microsoft issue.

7) Disassociating my Epic Games profile with the Xbox Console and re-associated it again. (Please note this is not easy to do and is a long process).

8) Purchased another addon for Fortnite which downloaded OK.

The only thing I can think caused this problem is that the console was used with the addons downloaded and Fortnite loaded and active before I associated my Epic Game profile to the xbox. Could associating my Epic Games profile have over written the addon?

Please note the Rocket League is working fine as this was downloaded after I associated my Epic Games profile to the Xbox.

To get an understanding, you were able to access the Direct Digital codes and were able to get them downloaded. The Rocket League code worked once reassociating your account but not the Fortnite one? Thus, the Rocket League was correctly redeemed, and your guess is that the Fortnite token was not redeemed? Or is that you have both in your account available to be uploaded but it is just not appearing in the game?

Also be aware, there is an outage within Xbox services, so if it is affecting your issue, it may be the root cause. If you haven't already you can try:

Go to Find and redeem your Digital Direct offers | Xbox Support
On the right hand side choose "Contact Us"
Choose "Subscriptions & Billing"
Choose "I can't redeem a code"
Choose your method of contact.

Hi,

Had a callback from Microsoft support who advised it's a Epic Games issue to resolve. Contacted Epic Games support who confirmed that if your Epic games account is associated with the Xbox after Fortnite was downloaded and played that the DLC is "lost" as its associated to a null account with no email. Epic Games customer support checked my entitlement and re-applied the DLC. This was in two parts first for the skins etc. and second for the V-bucks,

series x has disc drive and the series s does not

smart delivery is so it downloads the content for the specific console

hence why the game case has series x and xbox one advertised on it. the disc can be used in series x and xbox one consoles, the series s does not have a drive therefore requires digital purchase.
