Midnight Club L.A. Complete Edition for backward Compatibility

Hello,

I´ve got a problem with Midnight Club. My Console says: This game can´t be started and in the German Microsoft Store I get the message: Not available in your Region. Any Ideas how to solve this ?

It seems there is an issue with playing Midnight Club L.A. Complete Edition on the Xbox One console, and we're glad to assist!

A suggestion we have here is that the game itself is not listed on the
Backwards Compatibility List, as it appears, complete/deluxe editions are not included within the backwards compatible
program.

Which would explain why when selecting the game through the console on the store leads to an error as the Platinum Hits Complete Edition is the only one available. To investigate this further, a standard
edition of Midnight Club L.A. can be tried on the console as that is the listed version on our Backwards Compatibility section.

I bought the standard edition disc and it still says not playable here, will this get fixed?

The Game is on disc. But after I found out it won´t work, I tried to buy it digitally. I only got the message that the game is not available in my region. It was the first time I tried to start the game and even after a complete power cycle, I still get
the same messages

Disc: This cannot be played here, to get a full compatibility list...... Error Code 0x8082000c

Store: Not available in your Region

I don´t know what went wrong....

The options now range in attempting to purchase the game digitally which can be done on our
Xbox 360 Marketplace or through an Xbox 360 console.

the region settings are correct, I am from Germany and the console region settings are set on germany. I wonder why I can not start the game disc. Also I´m not able to buy the Game in German Store.

I am having the same problem with an American copy of MIDNIGHT CLUB LA COMPLETE EDITION on an american xbox one X.

 

Im am also having the same issue why would it say it available if not only does it not work in america it doesnyd work anywhwre else period and it doesnt woek if its transfered from the 360 store either please help us, or remove it from the list i have
both the original disc and complete edition disc plus the xbox 360 store purchase and none of iy works although once again it says to be on the list for backwards compatabilty
