Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently inquiring about a disc that no longer plays on your console.

Is this the only disc that does this, or are there other titles?

Have you noticed these spots on any other game or film you've attempted to use on your console?

There is an article that should allow you to
get help with Xbox 360 disc drive errors that I would reccomend you attempt to use to see if you can resolve this problem.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty discouraging to deal with, however there is no way to clean stains off of discs that is supported by Microsoft other than with

water and a damp cloth.

It would seem that you would have to purchase new discs.

Vc tá tentando instalar por mídia digital ou física? Caso seja mídia física e está dando erro pode ser que sua mídia esteja danificada.
