    Tenho tres jogos midia física XBOX ONE......descascando,Minecraft, Call of Duty Infinite Warfare e GTA V ,entrei no suporte da microsoft e não resolveram meu problema me disseram para que eu
    procurasse as produtoras dos jogos entao caso alguma produtora esteja vendo este relato nesta comunidade por favor resolver o meu problema fornecendo novamente os jogos pode ser ate via dowload,para que eu não perca dinheiro com este problema.estou a disposição!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have three physical media XBOX ONEgames
    ...... peeling, Minecraft, Call of Duty Infinite Warfare and GTA V, I joined microsoft support and they did not solve my problem I was told that I would look for the games producers then if any producer is seeing this
    report in this community please solve my problem by providing again the games can be up via download, so I do not waste money with this problem.I am at the disposal !!!!!!!!!! !!!!!

    Hey there, REINALDINHO10!

    So if you had bought some physical games and they are not working, I would follow the steps here on our page

    How to troubleshoot problems playing a disc on your Xbox One     and see if that helps with your gameplay issue.

    If that does not help, there is no way for you to get the physical games switched out for digital game codes through Microsoft, you'd have to buy those games through the store.

    You do have the option to contact the individual developers for those games and see if there is something that they can do for you to get those copies as well.

    Give the steps there on that link a shot and let us know how this info has helped with the issue
