Epossuo um xbox one e diversas mídias físicas. Algumas destas mídias (as mais utilizadas) estão apresentando descascamento e bolhas, algumas já não funcionam mais. Tomamos muito cuidado com estas mídias ao manuseá-las, para que não caiam no chãm. O dano
parece ser uma degradação do material em função da utilização e exposição ao excesso de calor gerado pelo hardware. Gostaria de saber se existe a possibilidade de enviar estas mídias para análise e, constatando que não houve mal uso, se estas mídias poderiam
ser substituídas por outras novas, ou ainda pela versão digital em nossa conta. Aguardo retorno.
