Mídia física com bolhas

Olá, comprei uma cópia do Gears of Wars 4, em novembro de 2016, joguei no máximo umas 20 horas, não cheguei nem mesmo a terminar a campanha, resolvi jogar ontem com um amigo, e o jogo não iniciava, pensei que fosse o leitor e depois de testar The Witcher
3 e Forza H3 com sucesso, resolvi olhar o disco, e percebi que tinha algumas bolhas nas laterais...

Liguei para loja que comprei, e me disseram que estava fora da garantia...

O jogo esta novo, não tirei ele da capa nesses últimos meses, nem mesmo usei os codigos da coleção do 360.

Gostaria de saber, se existe algo que pode ser feito? Ou se perdi o jogo e o dinheiro.

Alguém sabe me responder essa pergunta:

"O mídia física do meu Battlefield 3 acabou quebrando, fazendo com que o jogo não funcionasse mais no console, por esta questão, pensei em comprar o Battlefield 3 Premium, mas não uma mídia física e sim através do Marketplace do Xbox, e gostaria de saber se
caso eu compre o Battlefield 3 Premium, eu terei que rodar pela mídia física do Battlefield 3 e depois associar o Battlefield 3 Premium ou eu posso rodar o jogo pelo Battlefield 3 Premium sem a necessidade da mídia física?"
