Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor / Season Pass

i did just find this

launch timing for the above mentioned DLC has yet to be announced.

that was from a site advertising the dlc, not the season pass so i dont know if it means that they havent come out with the story missions yet

this site lists the bright lord and lord of the hunt as future content... i think our passes have been working all along, even though the install has not gone through properly... Hope that helps everyone, including Miss Diggz

It worked,after i deleted the AC black flagg the shadow of mordor season pass downloaded.

Yeah deleted black flag season pass and shadow of mordor successfully installed thanks for posting the fix

 

Am glad fix worked for some, for others I have no idea, as it is confirmed that the reason it wouldn't allow install is that the season pass for AC and the season pass for mordor had the exact same filename, and the system won't allow duplicates or overwrites.

Another thing I can confirm is that I do have access to all the trials of war content, and the Hidden Blade Rune, as well as the Captain of the Watch Skin, and the Dark Ranger skin. (had those with failed install however. What I did not notice was any
specially marked warband missions, or specially marked story missions called Lord of the Hunt or The Bright Lord. I can confirm I never played as Celebrimbor either. So according to the exact wording of the season pass description, I am missing:

The Bright Lord Story Missions - Lord of the Hunt Story Missions, Additional Content - Skull Crushers Warband Mission - Berserks Warband Mission - Power of Shadow Upgrades - Flame of Anor Rune - Orc Slayer Rune - Deadly Archer Rune - Rising Storm Rune.

Even if the install issue is fixed some content is either not yet available or broken still in some way. I noticed nothing new added to my game after the successful season pass install, and that is troubling. The wording of the Season pass content implies
that all of this stuff exists NOW. Here is the exact wording from the Shadow of Mordor Official website announcing what's in the season pass:

"The Season Pass includes:

Exclusive ‘Guardians of the Flaming Eye’ Orc Warband mission

Players will face Sauron’s elite Defenders before the Black Gate and earn the Rising Flame rune.

Early access to the ‘Trials of War’ challenge series

That flat out says all of the things listed are available NOW, as well as access to future content. This is a huge snafu on whosoever dreamed up this mess.

 

Im starting to think that they worded it wrong and that those are the future content that were getting, i hope not or id have to say the season pass didnt come with much

 

Hi I downloaded the season pass yesterday and I am not able to access any of the content that is out at the moment, Some help would be good thanks.

 

So yeah, me and TruePastorX seem to be in the exact same situation with various missing content despite getting the thing to finally install now.

I'm sure we aren't the only two either. One thing just seems to lead to another. :/

 

I'm still having the same problem as QuiCkz Ninja. The season pass now downloads, but I can't download the Captain of the Watch Skin as well as the Hidden Blade Rune.

 

For the FINAL time The Captain of the Watch Skin and Hidden Blade Rune were GAMESTOP pre order exclusives. This means that if you did not pre order from GS then you do not get them.

I'm not being funny, but if it is listed in the season pass, it's being sold in the season pass.

And further to that, what if you do not live in a region that has a game stop? Europe for instance? Or the UK which isn't Europe, but a single part of Europe.

 

Umm ya that fix did a whole lot of nothing can you please come up with a real fix for this problem thanks.

 

OK apparently other season passes are using the same file names so if you have Assassins Creed Black Flag season pass delete it and Shadows of Mordor will install just fine. If not then check your other season passes. It worked for me guys.

 

Season pass still only downloads to 100%, then says installation stopped. You also get the same message at start up! What can i do to fix this?

 

It has been 2 weeks. How has this not been resolved yet??
