    I am no official or anything, but it sounds like it might be a problem with the region release dates? Maybe they said 3rd but microsoft/xbox/whoever still has a release date of the 7th for you guys? Not sure but I would call your local xbox support and
    see whats up.

    Hi guys i Called the support and they can nothing too because they dont now the BUG I hat a conversation about 2 hours with one and they dont now what the Problem was.

    You have to wait or make a refund and Buy at new but then you dont have the Pre order Bonus just wait guys

    I also bought the preorder in Live India and it is still in my queue. I try to resume installation but after 100% updating the game is not installed. It just stays in the queue as pre purchased :(

    Can anyone actually confirm release date is 3 Oct now and not 7 Oct as originally stated in the HK store? This is why it's not working I think.
