    Hello, I bought Shadow of Mordor Pre-order Edition and installed 2 days ago. But even now, I still cant play this, give me solution pls！By the I bought my xbox from Hongkong，does it matter？

    Can't reinstall Shadow of Mordor? Help!!!

    Here's the standard edition of
    Shadow of Mordor     and the
    Shadow of Mordor GOTY    .

    Just searched on the Xbox One marketplace and both editions are listed. Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor Pre-order Edition Is Inactivation :)

    Sorry to hear it. Perhaps the game hasn't officially released in your country yet and that would be the issue. Are you able to check release dates for the game where you live?

    It shows the release date is Oct 3（HKT）. I try delete this game and reinstall，but still cant play yet.

    Can anyone actually confirm release date is 3 Oct now and not 7 Oct as originally stated in the HK store? This is why it's not working I think.

    Same problem too! Payed with credit-card, but the store want me to buy it again! I am confused! I just wait till the 7th and,if it doesn't work then, I'll contact the support.

    I also bought the preorder in Live India and it is still in my queue. I try to resume installation but after 100% updating the game is not installed. It just stays in the queue as pre purchased Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor Pre-order Edition Is Inactivation :(
