    Mid game gets kicked back to Dashboard


    I've looked but can't find a solution. Every time I've played CoD: Ghosts at random I get kicked back to the Dashboard for some reason. Bought my console in July. Got it set to Instant-On. Went through all options but can't really find a fix. I don't want
    to do a factory reset unless I really have to. Any ideas? Thank you.

    cannot connect back to xboxlive after getting kicked.

    Was kicked mid game in MW3 2 hours ago and cant log back on...

    Twitch - your access has been revoked due to past bad behavior

    Same here, I was kicked off mid stream and now I can't get back on. Twitch service has been hit or miss this summer.

    Sorry to hear about the random disconnects, I can definitely understand how frustrating that could be. I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps if you haven't already to see if we can get this issue sorted.

    Please give the following steps a shot:



    • Try Uninstalling and reinstalling Call of Duty.
    • Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
    • Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
    • Power on your console and try playing Call of Duty to see if the issue continues.

    Give the suggested steps listed above a try and let us know how it goes.
