Mid-game blackouts and freezing

Afternoon,

I've got a technical issue regarding my xbox series x, you see for the last 2-3 weeks it's been suffering uncommon yet momentary blackouts (no more than 1 or 2 seconds) followed by indicators that say my controller is no longer connected (but is still on) and pressing any button immediately removes this notification. More uncommon than that, is the game/console freezing completely for a few seconds followed by the whole console turning itself off. My brother and I have experienced this on; Halo infinite, Destiny 2 and Modern warfare, and we have already reset the console and this problem still persists.

I would like to clarify, were you able to reset the console removing everything already? If yes and this is still happening with multiple games, you may need to get the console repaired.

Used to play a lot of blackout but haven't really touched the game since all of those crashing errors in blackout for Xbox One X users where it made people freeze in the last few circles

I tried that and my game still freezes mid game. My NAT is open, it worked fine by last night started to freeze mid game everytime.
