hello good afternoon, recently I discovered the rewards of microsoft, and there is currently one of 2000 points for buying minecraft I bought the game but I have not received my reward to what is due

ik heb net 2 kaarten gekocht van 800 microsoft points en toen ik ze ingevoerd had stond er dat het maar 9,60 terwel het eigenlijk 10,0 zou moeten zijn.

If your points were converted due to your profile being downloaded onto a console with the beta on it. You will not be able to spend those credits unless you use a console with the beta on it or when the update goes live this fall then you could use them.

Hi! Have you checked the terms of the promotion? It's possible you will get the points a few days after purchasing the game/after the promotion has ended.
