  2. Slow connection

    Current equipment:

Desktop(wired) - working fine, 30mbps down and 5 mbps up

HP Touchpad (wireless) - working fine, 11mbps to 25mbps down and 3.5 to 5mbps up

Xbox 360(wired) - slow connection, speed 2.4 to 4.1 mbps down and 2.1 to 4.4 mbps up

  3. 7.1 Surround Sound

Using a fiber optic cable, connected from my Xbox One S to my A/V receiver, with HDMI audio Off, Optical audio set to Bitstream Out and Bitstream format set to Dolby Digital along with Audio Out Surround Sound enabled, I do not get a 7.1 signal (3/4.1),
I only get 5.1 (3/2.1). How do I fix that?

  4. Microsotf Wireless Optical Desktop Receiver 2.1

    Hi Amanda.1,

Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, it will not work due to not being supported by the different device firmware for a Desktop and Xbox 360.

    Hope this helps.
