Microsoft's Xbox One Should

I posted this on the Xbox Feedback forum also, but I posting it here too, as I'm getting tried of calling Xbox Support and getting a promise of this being fix and still problems.

I saw a post on Forbes and there is part of this story I think Microsoft should do ASAP!

I have called Xbox Support many many times and Factory Restored my Xbox One over 5 Times.

The 500GB Internal hard drive is a joke as it didn't take me long to fill it up.

Put now to why I had to call Xbox Support and Factory Reset my Xbox One so many times - When I bought the One I knew the 500GB drive wouldn't last long for me, So I bought a 3TB My Book (5200RPM) and set it up to me the main install drive - Well Games and
Apps are still installing to the internal drive.

I'm getting very upset with this problem and the last time I called Xbox Support they told me that this issue needed to go to Engineering and they would call me on Monday (That was a week from yesterday Monday).

Now like I said I have called Support and Factory Reset many many time and looking @ my Xbox One Storage "Xbox One External=11% and is set as install drive" - "Xbox One Internal=90%"

In this Forbes post the thing I say Microsoft should do is replace Xbox One 500GB drive to 5TB.

And before you say the My Book isn't good for the Xbox One - I have tried with Multi Manufacture USB 3.0 drives 5200RPM and 7200RPM drives and it's still doing the same and not to mention USB 3.0 is slower at loading than the internal drive.

Microsoft's xbox Exchange

so i recieved my xbox one x project scorpio on tuesday but the xbox had a funny silver line which looked like scratches, of course i did my research and seen other peoples to which there's didn't have the same mark.

i rang microsoft but the exchange process is usless. my xbox came damaged in my opinion, they said they will repair it or exchange it but may not get a new one back but a repaired one. what BS i want a brand new sealed one after paying an arm and a leg.

You should do your own research and make your own decision as long as it's an educated decision. That being said, if Microsoft's policies and requirement for use of the Xbox One aren't changed for the better, I won't be buying from them although I own 3
360s. TheMacabreMilkman over at IGN has some information about the Xbox One that everyone should read and then verify independently. Microsoft's hubris is finally going to catch up with them this time I believe.
