Microsoft's Report System is Garbage

To whomever might stumble across this post,

I'm not sure if Microsoft has a personal vendetta against me, but literally none of my reports of harassment, toxicity, or unsporting conduct go through. I have reported HUNDREDS of gamers who should not be able to use social services due to their breaking
of the terms of use, ruining the community and harassing others. I have sent a couple toxic messages myself in the past. Actually, one of them, I got muted for a week less than 8 hours after sending the message. I guess I'm just wondering why NONE OF MY REPORTS HAVE HAD ACTION TAKEN ON THEM.
I have literally received messages telling me to **** because I'm a waste of life or bad at a game, reported those messages, and NOTHING has been done. But yet when I call somebody trash because they instigated a fight, I'm almost instantly muted. What in
the actual hell is wrong with this reporting system? Do my reports not count because I've been muted? Because if so, that's complete bs. Something needs to be done about these guys. I'm tired of scumbags on the internet not getting punished for doing things
worse than what I've been punished for.

Use an external hdd, I had the same problem and I moved everything over, Microsoft's hdd is garbage and slow. This actually works

It's absolute garbage. That's why I don;t waste my money on Microsoft's Live crap.

 

One you do not find anything out about any reports you made

That's part of the privacy agreement

So you don't know if they actually got punishment or not

Also every report is reviewed and judged by multiple teams

Keep in mind you need to keep.the reports accurate

 

Spam reporting doesn't work and affects your accuracy of they are false

And can incur punishments

Make sure you file.the correct reports and if you are just being salty learn to be a better player

But not on every report that is what you aren't getting

You will only receive a Ty for your feedbackon occasional reports but not garenteed suspension

That's it

Nothing on oh yes taken care of

Privacy of the user is important and yes it goes both ways

You do not get info on your reports nor do you get info on reports filed against you

Privacy laws preventing that

You will never received nor have you ever gotten information on others suspensions

You are only allowed information about your accoujt and only your account That includes information about reports against you and who filed it

 

The enforcement team will occasionally send out a thank you message if someone receives enforcement action due to a report you filed but it is very rare.

99% of the time you will not be told anything about the results of a report you've filed.
