Microsoft's new YT policy changes

i just got a email from my youtube network

'''Microsoft just announced some important news that all YouTube creators should know. The good news is that gamers are still allowed to capture footage on their Xbox One and Xbox 360s and make money from ads, but this can only be done on YouTube and Twitch.

i have 2 questions, #1 does this apply to all xbox games like gta, cod etc... or just xbox exclusives like forza and halo

#2 if it does apply to all games does this mean i can use GTA ONLIN TIPS:money time or does it need to be Money Time: GTA ONLINE TIPS ?

Jumping ship...

There seems to be a mass exodus of ex loyal Xbox customers. Hopefully this will open Microsoft's eyes forcing them to change their stupid policy.

 

DRM and Kinect controversies 1 year later.

If Microsoft wouldn't have changed their policies I would've never bought an Xbox one.

 

It would only apply to games published by 'Microsoft Games Studios'. As Microsoft would not be able to enact policy on products from other companies like Rockstar, EA, Ubisoft, Activision, etc.

 

let me ask you another question microsoft is saying you cant do Halo:[insert video name] but you can Halo Reach: [insert title here] right?

 

I'm not really sure about that part. The way they worded it is somewhat vague.
