I've been playing on and paying for Xbox live for 10+ years. The other day i was playing MWR and some guy in game was talking trash so I decided to send him a message since I didn't feel like plugging my mic in and used language no worse than his. Well this
led to him deciding he'd report me. So Sunday I get a com ban. For 2 weeks. Well anyways, today I was playing MWR on same account, keep in mind I'm com banned so I can't even talk to anyone and out of nowhere I was suspended for 2 weeks for "harassment" or
whatever. What I can't seem to wrap my head around is how in the absolute
[Mod Removed] could i possible harass someone when I can't even talk to them. And why is it 2 weeks cause This is my first suspension. Figures I get my first suspension the DAY they add new maps and guns to MWR. I guess this is more of a rant than
anything. I filed a case review but I'm sure anyone who's ever filed one knows that they're useless and don't change anything.

Hahaha you guys are funny. You are on a private forum that supports a private service that has Terms of Use that you agreed to when you joined and you're complaining that when you break the rules that you already agreed to that you are being treated unfairly.

Nobody cares how much money you spend, where you live, how long you have been a member, whether you go to PlayStation or not (cause that isn't old) or what team you root for. If you are being "banned constantly" then maybe the Xbox Live experience isn't
for you, since you can't seem to figure out how to play well with others and not act out or retaliate

Hey D bag, been on Xbox live for 15 years. Was one of the original beta testers back on the original Xbox. In all of those 15 years I was never banned once. I haven't changed a thing, never broke a rule, have actually contributed in reporting the truly abusive
and vulgar players. Now something has changed within MS and I've gotten banned over my Gamertag twice for no just cause (reminder, 15 years with the same gamertag). It's real funny until they start coming after you for no apparent reason, so keep laughing
it up troll.

If you have already filed a case review there is nothing further that can be done. The enforcement team does not use these forums.

If you used profanity in your message to them, that's most likely why you received an instant suspension. Profanity is easier to see quickly (possibly automated) versus someone who doesn't which would require a more extensive investigation. Just because you receive an immediate suspension doesn't mean the other person goes unpunished. It can take some time for investigations to take place.

Honestly i can still get another case review thank you very much for the other fake account and yeah yeah i know that i make big mistake thats why i want to apologize and tell them the truth. Plus they take it so seriously its not like we are
hacking the White House, rubbing the bank, killing anyone or doing the dark web inside the console.

There doesn't appear to be an outage on the Xbox Enforcement site. I recommend trying again from a device connected to the internet. It could be the device you're accessing it from--in this instance, I'm using my laptop to connect to the site.

Please make sure to review the directions on how to submit a case review at the Xbox Enforcement site.

you wont get another case review, and you cannot take them to court, it is a private company using private servers that you access by accepting the terms, you broke the terms therefore you forfeit all licences on your account and your account.
