Microsoft you guys are the worst. Fix your glitchy untrustworthy service. I feel like I log off my x box for a month and I come back to my password being changed/no working. And I also always have my account put into a family account with restrictions on x box. It’s like you are wasting peoples time with this junk service. I have had x box for a long time and I know its not me forgetting my password and its not me putting myself as a child account? IM AN ADULT. It’s just endless stuff like this I could go on with how bad you guys are. It’s like you don’t run your code before submitting it. Just know I’m about to get a PlayStation because i know they get bugs fixed you guys just keep the bugs but make you work around them. It’s like India and their trash, if you don’t pick it up it will alway be a problem. Same can be said about your services you don’t fix the bugs it will always be a problem. It’s just sad. Have some respect for the people having to deal with this dog breath service.

contacted customer support. They told to me to do some junk run around the problem by putting myself in another family group after leaving the one I didn’t even want to be in, in the first place. It’s like what’s the point of allowing us to leave a family group if it still acts like I’m in a family group. So the guys tells me to put myself in another family group and then turn the parental control setting off and then leave that family group. It’s like what? Fix your bugs you guys are the worst. Then i put myself in another family and its asking for some pin now in order to purchase apps and its like I didn’t ever set up a pin. So who pin is this. I feel like you guys just allow strangers onto my account because i shouldnt have random gamer tags I never created being my family members let alone being my parent account above my account. You guys also let people type past the recommended word limit but you don’t tell them until after they try to submit. How about once i reach the word max when typing you just say you are over the limit? Instead you let us keep typing, its that type of backwards junk.
