    Xbox started taking $10.95 per month from my Australian bendigo bank acc for along time I contacted my bank and also xbox itself and explained why were they deducting unauthorised amount from my acc when we didnot have an xbox, it changed near immediately
    to playstation again I contacted bot bank and microsoft and asked why told bank to cancel payment my card and still this continues I'm now living in Nz so don't check bank acc very often my sons father puts money in for him when he asks and to find you had
    deducted it so he now can't buy what he had planned on as there isn't enough money..

    Iff u can't help please forward nos and email addresses I want this sorted immediately

    why do you continually deduct unauthorised amounts from my acc monthly and why when I contact you and my bank it changes to playstation we do not have xbox or any playstation subscription we have not lived in Australia for over 2yrs I'm sick of canceling
    my b nk cards for your dodgy website I'm sure this is illegal I'm going to continue today with ombusman and consumer complaints until this stops you are ripping people off it is disguisting and unfair even after you are contacted you continue I'm sick of it
