Microsoft Xbox warranty

Purchased a xbox one console in December 2018. It needed repairs on 8/11/2019, and was ultimately replaced by microsoft store that day, because console was under warranty. Console #2 is having hdmi issue, and isnt working now. Online my account shows that
they applied the same warranty expiration date for console#2 as the original one. Shouldn't ther console have its own warranty, a year from the date it was given to us? Technically, we only got 4 months of warranty on 2nd console.

On Microsoft the warranty end date is mid next year but Xbox says it’s not in warranty

Microsoft does not have a means of contact to trigger my console's warranty because your system claims that the console is out of warranty. MICROSOFT I need to trigger the warranty on my xbox one.

For tht you will need to contact Microsoft/Xbox support, o don't think it's possible to get a refund on the controller but you could get another replacement, it's really uncommon to receive 2 replacements with issues, but if this happens you need to request a new replacement

as soon as the warranty seal is broken your warranty on the xbox is lost and Microsoft will no longer repair it for free
