    Microsoft XBox Support Antwortet nicht


    Hallo,

    Ich versuche eine Rückerstattung für ein Spiel zu bekommen, aber der Support antwortet nicht.

    Ich hab den Artikel befolgt und saß gestern 2 Stunden vor dem Online-Chat und heute schon 4,5. Ich hab versucht anzurufen und hänge jetzt seit 1,5 Stunden in der Warteschleife.

    Ich möchte einfach nur mein Geld zurück und der Kundenservice ist wirklich unmöglich.

    Ich hätte gerne Hilfe, wo ich mich beschweren kann oder jemanden finde, der auch antwortet.

    Nur eine kleine Anmerkung. Ich spreche deutsch, nicht englisch. Wie die Forumsprache ist, interessiert mich überhaupt nicht. Microsoft muss Sorge tragen, dass nicht nur englischsprechende Kunden Unterstützung erhalten.
