Microsoft Xbox Reward Points not being added to my account

On Xbox live rewards it says I have 11,400 reward points and they have been "pending" for some time one since 02/28/17. The submit a request deposit button is just flat out gone. This is my first time having an issue with rewards program and my Microsoft
account has had the 11,400 points added or any in fact since 02/22/17 why are they still all pending and not being added to my account?

hello my xbox live rewards are not being added to my account. i signed up for xbox live rewards in February 2015 my lifetime rewards equal 500 points and this was filling questionnaires, I've received no points for purchases also my jem rewards seem not
be added as they should. I would appreciate some help with this problem. thank you

ok so i have had 270 microsoft points pending on the rewards page for about 3 months now why are my points not being added to my account? does any have an answer or can help me?

Points automatically deposit once you get over 5,000. Since you got over 5,000 on March 18th then they should be scheduled for deposit within the next few days. If you get 5,000 between the 1st - 15th then they deposit around the 30th, if you get it between
the 16th-30th then it rolls to around the 15th of the following month.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since the Credit event that placed you above the 5000 pending Credits required for an automatically scheduled deposit occurred on March 18th, they will be a part of the mid-April deposit cycle. Since your February Credits were beneath
5000, they had not been scheduled for a deposit.
