J'ai le même problème : j'ai acheté le pack Rise of The Tomb Raider mais le code pour le DLC "Kit de Survie Tactique" est manquant. J'ai donc contacter le support Microsoft par tchat et par téléphone et ils m'ont dit de poster un message dans les forums.

Pourriez-vous m'aider ???

I have bought a XBOX One pack including Rise of The Tomb Raider.

There should be a code included for the "Exclusieve Tactical Survival Kit Content Pack" but its missing.

Can you help me please ???

Sorry to hear about the issue! Just to clarify, did you see a separate code included with the insert that came with the console bundle? If you still do not see the code, please send me a private message with a link to a picture of the receipt for the console

Same problem. Italy. in my bundle there were one code for" Tomb Raiderdefinitive edition", one code for fre 14 days xbox live gold and the physical copy of "rise of the Tomb Raider" ( not a code card ). No code card for the tactical survival kit content
( as shown in the marketplace italian page ). Obviously this code there was not even in the game box. I bought this new console bundle also for this exclusive dlc. Is thereany official answer yet?
