Microsoft Xbox One Rise of the Tomb Raider Console missing code for Exclusieve Tactical ...

I have bought a XBOX one pack including Rise of the Tomb Raider.

There should be a code included for the "Exclusieve Tactical Survival Kit Content Pack" but its missing.

The only code was the 25 digit code to activate the game.

Already contacted the retailer and Microsoft support and they sold me to add a post here.

My Rise of the Tomb Raider -bundle is missing the code for Tactical Survival Kit Content Pack. I've understood this is a common problem, so how do we proceed? Thanks in advance.

Sorry to hear the code wasn't included. Did you by chance double check the insert that included the Tomb Raider game code? Often times those inserts have two codes on them for all the content.

 

Of course I did that!

I'm not the only one with the same problem!

I talked to Stella from chat support and she promised i can find help here (she was coordinating this problem)

I want to send a screenshot but the upload tool gives a error when uploading

 

On the box of the console is written that the "Exclusieve Tactical Survival Kit Content Pack" is included so its clearly a Microsoft problem!

Still I didn't received a code, I cant believe its so hard to generate a code for the content pack

I have the same problem ... My game card don't content the two codes needed to download both, game and Add-on ... I want a solution ASAP, because I bought the bundle a lot of time before the launch of the game ... Please, give me a solution, thank you.
