    i just bought an ark dlc but can't find it anywhere, it has already been debited from my account. but nowhere to find it, have already followed all the steps that Microsoft and Xbox give me when I ask for help. if so can anyone help me with this.

    Go to Ark and try in Ark in game menu and see if you can find it there.

    Find the game in My Games & apps, press the menu button (three dashes) select manage game and add ons, the see if it is in the ready to install section of the game. Also check at https://account.microsoft.com
    in purchases to ensure it went through correctly
