    I just wanted to reiterate as I do periodically that the support for the Elite controller is terrible. I bought it years ago, 3 months later the left bumper broke. I reach out to support and get told sorry Can't help you, you should try to fix it with
    3rd party pieces. Eventually, the policy changes to allow 1 replacement so I reach back out. Get told SURE! we can replace that. Just for it to get revoked because I attempted to fix it myself and the piece didn't fit But now its tampered with so that
    replacement I was just told they could do is now revoked. Even with screenshots where I was told that was my only option, there is nothing I can do to fix my $150 purchase from Microsoft. I'm reaching out again in the hopes that someone who has the authority
    to help sees this and can help in some way. I was willing to pay to ship and do not think that me being told originally that Microsoft couldn't help and to try to fix it myself should then hurt me later when Microsoft changes its mind especially seeing as
    no tamper rules are illegal in the United States.

    Of course, I'll continue to be annoyed by this until it is fixed and refuse to buy any new Microsoft hardware or accessories.

    If anyone can assist with this It would be greatly appreciated. If not I at least feel better for the moment by venting some more.

    Extended Warranty - Elite Controller

    The normal warranty on the Elite Controller is 90 days. Is there an Extended Warranty for the Elite Controller, like there is of an Xbox One?

    I assume you have warranty on the Elite Controller, and I would check with the store you purchased it from on how the return is handled for you to get a new controller.
