Discus and support Microsoft / Xbox not offering any real help in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I tried reaching out to Xbox and Microsoft on 1-800 and 1-877 line concerning a purchase I made for an xbox one remote off my xbox one console's store....     Microsoft / Xbox not offering any real help


    I tried reaching out to Xbox and Microsoft on 1-800 and 1-877 line concerning a purchase I made for an xbox one remote off my xbox one console's store.

    I purchased EXPRESS 1-2 day shipping for an extra cost and it's now telling me 5-6 days after the fact that they charged my card

    The problem is both phone numbers push me to go online xbox.com/help but when I go there it says 3 options 1) to use there automated system which doesnt offer help concerning partial refunds 2) "ask a gamer" which is literally some dude that doesnt work
    for them that cant help me. Or 3) to write a bad review on these message boards.

    Ive spent nearly $1000 on my xbox store alone this year you would figure they would offer actually support.

    Anyone have any suggestions?

    Sorry to hear you haven't gotten any support back yet. With everyone being stuck at home and online traffic being much higher right now, I'm sure this has bogged down their customer support. Also, I think shipping for most companies is experiencing delays.
    You could possibly try tweeting at them or ask for a full refund.
