Microsoft Xbox Banning is a Joke!!!

they have ways of knowing that he created a new account to bypass the ban which is also bannable, yes it sucks, yes microsoft are like disney, completely off the rails when it comes to bannings for the slightest thing.

if you get a console ban it wot be taken off, console bans aren't just for modifying a console, they can be issued for a wide variety of offences.

If you have a console ban there is nothing you can do about it

As for Microsoft giving you a new Xbox... your joking right?

I was specifically told through Xbox support that enforcement checks here, and that they did not understand why I could not appeal the ban. It’s a ban I can’t appeal that I only got for inquiring about my original ban in the first place. It’s basically a
“don’t ask questions” from Microsoft. I am aware that console bans exists, and I’m aware of why they exist.

This whole thing is a joke. ive been a loyal Xbox customer for 11 years and I can’t imagine I’ll buy another Microsoft product again. I receive an un appealable ban and I only received it once I questioned the ban.

10 year old kids run around in game screaming the Nword and making rape jokes , but send me straight to hell for saying “puss”.

If you get banned because of certain that make jokes, I would recommend contacting Microsoft but also law enforcement

Games may be rated M, but everything else on Live has to remain E for everybody. These are the rules you agreed to when you signed up.

I forgot you guy's are bunch of babysitters for the little 12 year's online even there not old enough to play the game . Im sorry you guy's are not gonna tell me what I can or can't say in my own home.

1st the M rating for games is for purchasing the game not for playing the game.

2nd the 1st amendment lets see what it actually says in regards to the freedom of speech.

What a lot of people dont understand is the bill of rights is freedoms of the people from a tyrannical government. Not private companies that can make their own rules in their own
buildings or servers that you agreed to abide by when you signed up.

The first amendment says that CONGRESS shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech again says nothing about a private company.

Think of it this way Microsoft likes to keep everything E for everyone on live.

Say you were to walk into a Chuck E Cheese where the company is a kid company and supposed to be E for everyone and you and another person gets into an argument do you think that
the people at Chuck E Cheese are going to do something to just the person that started it Nope they will ask both to leave the thing is if they only see you saying something to the other person they are only going to ask you to leave the only way MS is going
to be able to do anything against someone that violates the code of conduct is if someone reports them so if you feel that you dont have time to be a nark and you decide to do something that violates the code of conduct and get upset because the other person
doesnt get suspended then dont complain because you didnt report the other person.
