I have no idea what is actually going on. So this account also has an Xbox account I think, and it has the exact same issue with it. Signing into Xbox.com with it sends me to the same support page. Also, I successfully added the other account as the account I'm currently on's family group as the family group organizer I think. And now I can sign in to my Xbox account on both profiles.

This is very very weird though, but I guess if it works then it is all good. Apparently, they are both organizers whatever. I am going to see about those Xbox settings now.

So you were asking me to try signing in with an incognito tab, this did not work. It allowed me to input my email and password but afterward, it again sent me to the support page. I tried accessing my account settings through the official app, but the same issue occurred. So it must be something with my Microsoft family group.





In my Microsoft family group, I already had myself set as the organizer. So maybe being the organizer is the problem. I will try leaving the group, and I will try making someone else the organizer.





After removing myself from the group, this is what the screen looks like. Upon attempting to sign in at Xbox.com, it again sends me to the support page. Why on Earth, is it sending me to the family and online safety support tab when my Microsoft account is not even in a family group?

I feel like, my Xbox account is just broken because I think it was autogenerated or something through Minecraft for PS4, so now my Xbox account is simply inaccessible no matter what I do. I have never been able to access my Xbox account's settings.

If this is an unsolvable problem, then how damaging would it be if I deleted and remade my Xbox account. Can I even do that if my account is inaccessible?

I believe that our best bet in effort to solve this will be to fix this privacy setting issue that you're running into.

Open an Incognito or Private browser on your PC (this is to avoid any autofill, cache, cookies, etc. without having to clear them)

Go to Xbox Official Site: Consoles, Games, and Community | Xbox and sign into your account at the top right.

Once signed in, select your profile icon and then select the three dots (...) next to Xbox profile.

Select "Xbox settings"

Select "Privacy & online safety"

Adjust your "Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and Windows 10 devices online safety" settings.

If you're still being redirected to the support page, then you may need a parent or guardian to create a Microsoft account, add you to their family and provide you with the necessary online privileges.

Once you're able to get the Xbox account privacy issues addressed, we can start investigating the second issue.

Alright. We are now onto the Xbox accounts. So I can access both accounts however the Xbox.com webpage for both are a bit funky. Firstly, after signing in with this microsoft account I am greeted with this page:





The webpage says it i"s Xbox Account Creation" but all I did was sign in. It does say I am sign in though so I can click my profile and access my Xbox profile.

I can go back to Xbox.com and sign in again and nothing happens and I'm greeted with a normal Xbox.com webpage. Don't know what that was about but now I can access both accounts' Xbox profile.

Also, I went back to try and link my Bungie account and now it is successfully linked but it will not authenticate





This is most likely an issue on their end since I also cannot authenticate my steam account.
