Microsoft/Xbox account Hijacked

Hi all,

It seems that my son's Mircosoft has been Hijacked.
He turned his xbox on today and it asking for a password for a different email address! It seems this has happened from his email address and I cant get to that either.

When I go through the account recovery processes at doesnt let me do anything as the says the account isnt recognised.

Where I can I go with this?

I have a very panicked son! Help!

Primero accede a la cuenta en cuestión desde un navegador
si da el caso de que te menciona que no existe la cuenta probablemente está mal escrito, presta mucha atención de que este bien escrito ya que si en el peor de los casos a tu hijo le robaron la cuenta y le cambiaron los accesos el correo electrónico principal debe de seguir existiendo, y con acceso ,el soporte de xbox te puede ayudar bastante a agilizar su recuperación pero de nuevo repito, accede primero a la cuenta ya sea desde la pagina oficial de xbox o abriendo su cuenta de correo en outlook. com o si fue un gmail en gmail.com

Its not misspelt, the whole account has had the details changed.
And I cant see anyway of contacting MS on the online forms as it asks for the account name... which says it doesnt exist anymore!

Also if I go into the family settings and hit manage permissions it shows me the new account name, which is:

If I do a lookup on that its going to some .ru address...

Anything from Microsoft on this?

Its a joke that there seems to be no way of contacting MS on this.... £1000's on an account that is gone.
