    Microsoft XBOX 360 Controller for Windows issue with Mortal Kombat X


    I've bought Microsoft for Windows Controller and it's not working in Mortal Kombat X (steam version). Game does not recognize it, xbox button only makes screen a little bit lighter ( looks like increase of brightness when press it).

    I tried another game (Tekken 7, also steam version) and it works fine. I reinstalled drivers and rebooted PC several times, nothing changed. I have Windows 10 OS and Dr Web security space 11 antivirus installed, could it be because of him?

    Hey i waiting for more games from backward compatibility !!, I buy DC Universe X Mortal Kombat and Mortal Kombat Komplete from Xbox 360 and I Cant play on Xbox ONE !!!

    I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling each of the add-on packs in Mortal Kombat X's 'Manage game' screen. To access that, simply have the Mortal Kombat X tile highlighted and press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller.

    As I have checked, Mortal Kombat X and Mortal Kombal XL are not on the Xbox Game Pass library, as of the moment it's only Mortal Kombal 11. For your reference, you can check this link:

    As an additional help, I checked where we can get both games and Mortal Kombat X and Mortal Kombat XL are not available on Microsoft Store, it is on Steam.
